Inspired by the traditional Spianata Romagnola, our gluten-free focaccia is a light, airy bread with a dimpled golden crust. This rustic focaccia is baked in small batches with a blend of wholesome ancient grains. The loaf is topped with green olives, Pecorino cheese (made from aged sheep's milk) and black pepper and a drizzle of Extra Virgin olive oil.
