Krumville Bake Shop was founded by Antonella Zangheri. A passionate home baker since her childhood in Italy’s famously culinary-rich region of Emilia Romagna, Antonella gets her inspiration from more than her excitement around exploring today’s diverse and nutrition-rich alternative flours. After being diagnosed with celiac disease in 2009, she became deeply committed to creating and sharing wholesome, fresh, unwaveringly delicious gluten-free baked goods that are safe to eat and exceed expectations.
