Do you have a retail store?
We don’t! We focus all of our attention on baking fresh-to-order sweets and savories that we sell on our website and ship directly to you the day they are made.
Do you Deliver in NYC?

If you’re in Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn, we’ll personally whisk your order straight to you. Check our map for Krumville Bake Shop delivery areas. Otherwise, we’ll ship your order overnight or second-day air.

Are you a gluten-free bakery that ships?

That's our specialty! We ship our freshly baked to order products anywhere in the continental US via UPS. Due to our commitment to freshness and your order arriving intact, we do not ship to Alaska or US islands. Please refer to our Shipping map for transit times.

Can we pick-up our order?

If you’re in the area and schedule in advance, you can take advantage of our free pickups straight from our Kitchen, located at 630 Flushing Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, 11206, Monday through Friday 1 pm to 5 pm.

Are all your products gluten-free?

We are proud that all of our products are 100-percent gluten-free and baked in our dedicated 100% gluten-free commercial kitchen. Our founder has Celiac and she makes sure to source and uses only the safest, best ingredients.

Do you offer dairy-free options?

Many of our gluten-free are also dairy-free, so we’ve cooked up some delicious GF/DF options, including Olive-Oil and Rosemary Focaccia Bread, Blueberry Apple, Banana Walnut, and Apple Ginger Muffins.

Are you a nut-free bakery?

No. Our products may contain nuts and tree nuts. We do our best to separate nut and non-nut items; however, to be safe, we do not recommend people with severe allergies consume our baked goods.

Are any of your products vegan?

Sorry, but no. Eggs are a key ingredient in nearly all of our products. But we’re working on it!

Are you Kosher?

Not at this time.

What is Krumville Bake Shop Return Policy?

We are so sure of our quality and careful packaging, Krumville Bake Shop guarantees your complete satisfaction with every order. If your order does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us at antonella@krumvillebakeshop.com and we’ll gladly bake you a new batch. However, we cannot be held responsible for shipping problems; once your order leaves our shop, it is our carrier’s responsibility to get it to you, so we do not give refunds for delivery delays due to weather conditions, package refusal, or incomplete/incorrect addresses. If your order arrives damaged we can only send you a replacement with proof of product and box damage, please email us images at orders@krumvillebakeshop.com. Additionally, there is no exchange of baked goods for other items purchased from our online store.

How are the baked goods shipped?

Our cakes are shipped frozen with ice packs. However, it is totally normal and fine if the cake is not frozen upon arrival. Just place it in the refrigerator before removing its acetate cake collar and enjoy it within 3 days or freeze it for up to 60 days. Bread, muffins, and cookies are shipped fresh with ice packs on the hot summer days. They should be consumed upon arrival or frozen for up to 30 days.

Do you make wedding cakes?

We make tiered wedding cakes upon request. If you’d like to serve one at your wedding, we’d be thrilled to bake one for you. Contact us at antonella@krumvillebakeshop.com and we’ll work with you to figure out how we can make your special day deliciously gluten-free!
