The month of May is blooming, literally!  And what better way to make a Mother’s Day cake even prettier than to decorate it with beautiful flowers. Gluten-free Flaky Pie Crust Recipe

makes about 2 - 9’’ pie shells (about 1/8’’- thick) Ingredients: 1 lb Krumville’s gluten-free flaky pastry flour mix 1/2 tsp Sea Salt 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg (optional) 1 Tbsp + 1 Tsp Sugar 2 tsp Grated Pecorino Romano or Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese 1 Tbsp + 1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar 3 Large Eggs (50gr each) 340 gr Unsalted Cold Butter (Plugra or European style butter highly recommended) (3 sticks) Cold water as needed 1 egg white wash for par-baking the pie shell.   Essential tools: 3 medium size bowls rolling pastry pin dough scraper plastic sheets (included in your flour mix order) 9’’ pie pan   Directions: 1) In a bowl, add all the dry ingredients: flour mix, sea salt,...
